Stephens Passage for a DA permit application for the onshore placement of fill material into Waters of the United States (WOTUS), including wetlands to construct visitor attractions and
offshore construction of moorage facilities and utilities in navigable waters on Douglas Island, Alaska. The project site is located at Section 30, T. 41 S., R. 66 E., Copper River Meridian;
USGS Quad Map Juneau B-3 SE; Latitude 58.290º N., Longitude 134.678º W.; near Juneau, Alaska. To ensure full public participation and comment the expiration is hereby extended to
September 27, 2025.
