Bicknell, Inc, stated the purpose of this notice is to perform ground preparation by excavating the organic grass layer and placing clean fill materials from an upland quarry location in Juneau on the existing undeveloped site for supporting a soil reclamation facility, equipment shop building, office building and boat condos. PROPOSED WORK: The applicant is proposing to place 25,000-cy of shot rock into 6.26 acres of wetlands to facilitate the industrial development. All work would be performed in accordance with the enclosed plan (sheets 1-7), dated October 22, 2025.
