Mr. Eric Wyatt, Alaska Oyster Cooperative, stated the purpose is build a dock and building to enhance oyster farming for the Naukati Oyster Cooperative. The launch ramp is integral for getting oyster gear from the processing room into small skiffs to transport to and from the farm sites around Naukati Bay. PROPOSED WORK: To construct a 40-feet x 40-feet dock connected by a 16-feet x 20-feet pier and a 120-feet x 16-feet boat launch ramp. The pier would be supported by a total of twenty-six (26) 12-inch diameter wood pilings pressure treated with 0.6 parts per million of Ammoniacal Copper Zinc Arsenate (ACZA). All work would be performed in accordance with the enclosed plan (sheets 1-2 and 5 dated October 27, 2025, and sheets 3 and 4 dated November 4, 2025).
