Joshua M. Sedlak, Indmine LLC., stated the purpose is to facilitate the exploration and extraction of placer gold deposits. PROPOSED WORK: The applicant proposes a 5-year placer mining and suction dredging operation. The total affected area would be 4.0 acres, comprising 3.5 acres of estuarine wetlands and 0.5 acres below the high tide line (HTL), through mechanical land clearing, suction dredging and the discharge of approximately 175,000 cubic yards (cy) of dredged and fill material. All work would be performed in accordance with the enclosed plan (sheets 1-11), dated December 1, 2025.
