Stebbins Community Association, stated the purpose is to construct a subdivision that would provide home sites for 10 single-family homes. All homes would be provided to low-to-moderate income tribal members through SCA’s Affordable Housing Program. PROPOSED WORK: The applicant states that the proposed work would be the construction of 10 compacted gravel pads for home sites with access road from adjacent subdivision. All work would be performed in accordance with the enclosed plan (sheets 1-8), dated 2/4/2026. The proposed project would impact approximately 6.05-acres of wetlands.
