Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center (AWCC) stated purpose is to provide safe accommodations for two large tour busses to pass on their driveway. Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center (AWCC) proposes to discharge an additional 1,939 cubic yards of fill into 0.55-acre of water of the U.S to widen a permitted driveway to 30 feet. All work would be performed in accordance with the enclosed plan (Sheets 1-3), dated April 6, 2016.
