Linda Speerstra, project manager in the Regulatory Division at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Alaska District, executes the Shchepak ????? (schye-PAHK) dance move while performing with her Russian-folk dance group, the New Archangel Dancers, based out of Sitka, Alaska. The group is a volunteer and all-female ensemble. Uniquely, the women will perform the male parts in the repertoire.
