The Corps of Engineers-Alaska District has selected Bill Walters as the new Alaska Area Office’s first engineer. He is the former Southern Alaska Area Office engineer. Walters’ selection was a result of the corps’ changing mission to create a faster, more affordable and better organization. The corps’ goal is to be the agency of choice for design and construction services.
