Petroleum, Oil and Lubricants (POL) Operations Facility Ribbon Cutting
Col. Damon Delarosa, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Alaska District commander, visits participated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony for a new petroleum, oil and lubricants (POL) operations facility on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. Delarosa assumed command in August as the first Asian American to hold the position, encouraging his staff to be bold and lean forward into the future of arctic engineering. Cutting the ribbon from left to right is Master Sgt. James Hoskins, fuels superintendent for the 673d Logistics Readiness Squadron; Brig. Gen. Jimmy R.
