1. I wanted to pass along some initial information we've received via our headquarters and the Office of the Secretary of Defense on the planning for potential Coronavirus (COVID-19) impacts, which is attached.

2. I know that you understand that we must continue to deliver the vital services and construction that we've contracted with you to execute and that there will no doubt be countless impacts that we'll need to work together in order to resolve to deliver for the State and Nation. As such, I am asking that you continue to openly communicate with my teams on your projects and that you engage the Alaska District's Contracting Officers should you have any questions or concerns on the attached. My POC for this is Mr. Chris Tew, who can be reached at christopher.a.tew@usace.army.mil.

3. You have my entire District's commitment to work with you in these difficult times to enable your success. I will continue to communicate with you on any changes we foresee or are directed implement. I thank you for all that you are doing on behalf of your personnel while you partner with us to meet the State and Nation's needs.
