The project site is located within Section 11, T. 70 S., R. 112 W., Seward Meridian; USGS Quad Map Unimak A-6; Latitude 54.133305º N., Longitude 165.780875º W.; ATS 1514; 1 Salmon Lane, in Akutan, Alaska. PROPOSED WORK: The application request authorization to discharge 80,000 cubic yards of clean shot rock and riprap fill material into 2.44 acres below the high tide line (approximate elevation +4.7 feet above the 0.0 foot contour) in Akutan Harbor which is a navigable water of the United States for the construction of a new seafood processing building and expansion of an existing container storage yard.
