Mr. Greg Davis (Precious Earth, Inc.) stated the purpose is to install shot quarry rock to protect the northern and eastern shoreline and structures above the shoreline from further erosion and undermining of uplands. The project would also incorporate safe driveway access to Backers Lane from Precious Earth Parkway to help fully realize the use and value of the property for the owner, City of Seldovia and Kenai Peninsula Borough.
