Romar Holdings LLC, states that the project purpose is to develop the existing property with a commercial building by adding retail, office, gear storage, café dining, kitchen, and nine apartment units with caretaker unit and associated facilities. Parking will be added adjacent to the building with shared access and usage with neighboring property. The replacement dock and gangway will renew the existing facilities for boat moorage of six charter boats and one 90-foot yacht. Construct a 754 sf steel pile supported wood parking deck and a 613 sf steel pile supported commercial building. Construct a 6-foot x 55-foot gangway and a 2,521 sf concrete floating dock with finger piers.
