The proposed development involves extraction of surface sand and gravel, followed by drilling and blasting of bedrock within 84.86 acres of an undeveloped 103.20-acre property. Approximately 341,600 cubic yards of sand and gravel will be extracted to an average depth of 12-feet. Topsoil and overburden will be stockpiled onsite for reuse.
