Steve Hanis' stated purpose is to provide a safe and stable bank in front of the new home to prevent erosion and a suitable rock pad to provide vertical support to the new homes. Proposed work would install up to 140 cubic yards of rip-rap along 177 linear feet of tidelands and then fill 0.062-acre with up to 700 cubic yards of shot rock to create a rock pad. Two single family residences would then be built atop the shot rock pad. All work would be performed in accordance with the enclosed plan (sheets 1-3), dated September 16, 2015.
