Robert Searing's stated purpose is to replace a deteriorated floating dock and provide additional boat dockage for a commercial lodge operation. Complete construction of a 35-foot long by 10-foot wide, pile supported permanent access pier, connected to a 75-foot long by 5-foot wide timber access ramp, which would be connected to a floating dock 160-foot long by 8-foot wide (T-shaped) with five floating finger docks, each 18-feet long by 4-feet wide. The main T-shaped dock would be held in place by three timber pilings. The pier would be supported by six timber pilings with a total of 10 cubic yards of riprap placed around the base of the pilings. The five finger piers would be placed landward of the 160-foot long floating dock. Maximum waterward extent of the dock facility would be within 83 feet from the mean high water line. All work would be performed in accordance with the enclosed plans, 3 sheets, dated December 9, 2007.
