The project site is located within Section 8, T. 17 N., R. 1 W., Seward Meridian; USGS Quad Map AK-Anchorage C-7; Latitude 61.5767º N., Longitude 149.4979º W.; Matanuska-Susitna Borough; Parcel Identification #507829, in Wasilla, Alaska. PROPOSED WORK: The applicant is proposing to place up to 4,000 cubic yards of type II clean fill material into 0.81-acre of waters of the U.S., including wetlands in order to construct one 32 foot by 64 foot single family residence and one 40 foot by 100 foot workshop. The additional space would be utilized to construct a green house. All work would be performed in accordance with the enclosed plan (sheets 1-5), dated February 23, 2017.
