The project site is located within Section 9, T. 66 S., R. 78 E., Copper River Meridian; Latitude 56.1607°N., Longitude 133.3447°W.; El Capitan Subdivision, Lot 1; 50 air miles north of Craig, Alaska. PROPOSED WORK: The project involves construction of a 6 foot by 140 foot wood trestle on 16 concrete pillars, a 16 foot by 90 foot wooden decked log float with a 4 foot by 40 foot ramp, two 3,000-pound temporary anchors, two anchor cables tied to rocks, and installation of four pilings to secure the float. All work would be performed in accordance with the enclosed plan (sheets 1-3), dated February 22, 2017.
