Mr. Richard Aho stated the purpose is to construct a new residence.
The project site is located within Section 4, T. 59 S., R. 79 E., Copper River Meridian; USGS Quad Map Petersburg D-3; Latitude 56.7877º N., Longitude 132.9782º W.; 242B Mitkof Highway, in Petersburg, Alaska.
PROPOSED WORK: Discharge up to 4,100 cubic yards (CY) of clean fill material (2,800 CY of shot rock, 300 CY of wall rock, and 1,000 CY of crushed rock) into 0.053-acre below the High Tide Line (HTL; 19.5 feet) for the construction of a residential house pad. All work would be performed in accordance with the enclosed plan (sheets 1-4), dated March 23, 2017.
