Ethan Berto stated the purpose is to provide a pad for the construction of a residential dwelling.
The project site is located within Section 33, T. 76 S., R. 91 E., Copper River Meridian; USGS Quad Map Ketchikan B-5; Latitude 55.3039º N., Longitude 131.5623º W.; proceed south from the Ketchikan Airport on the Tongass Highway seven miles to the project site; near Ketchikan, Alaska.
PROPOSED WORK: Construct a 2,325 square-foot (0.05-acre), roughly 86-foot by 67-foot, fill pad below the high tide line that would consist of 630 cubic yards of shot rock and 60 cubic yards of rip rap. All work would be performed in accordance with the enclosed plan (sheets 1-6), dated May 30, 2017.
