The project site is located within Section 12, T. 74 S., R. 89 E., Copper River Meridian; USGS Quad Map Ketchikan B-6; Latitude 55.4742º N., Longitude 131.8142º W.; near Ketchikan, Alaska.

The proposed project would authorize the expansion of the current Clover Pass Resort Marina and include the following work:

1. Drill 240 3-inch holes in order to place explosives in order to remove approximately 4,070 cubic yards (CY) bedrock, and to excavate 930 CY of gravel and miscellaneous substrate to a minus 7-foot Mean Lower Low Water.

2. Installation of one new 10-foot by 220-foot wood float, which would include twelve new 4-foot by 16-foot wood finger floats. All floats would use marine treated wood with foam floats.

3. Install three new 16-inch galvanized steel piles utilizing an impact hammer.

All work would be performed in accordance with the enclosed plan (sheets 1-6), dated January 16, 2018, and February 27, 2018.
