POA-2017-312, Tanana River

PURPOSE:  The applicant, Victoria Stockwell's stated purpose is to develop buildings and space to provide sustainable year-round commercial indoor agricultural production to local restaurants and also for cannabis cultivation.
 
LOCATION:  The project site is located at 1960 Donald Avenue, Fairbanks Meridian; USGS Quad Map Fairbanks D-2; Latitude 64.8095º N., Longitude 147.7548º W.; Lot 14 Block 11 Metro Industrial Airpark, 5th Addition; in Fairbanks, Alaska.  
 
PROPOSED WORK:  Clear vegetation, remove topsoil and place approximately 28,000 cubic yards of fill material in 4.17 acres of wetlands to construct a commercial indoor agricultural and cannabis producing facility.  All work would be performed in accordance with the enclosed plan (sheets 1-3), dated 5/2/18.
 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :  The applicant would apply for zoning and floodplain permits from Fairbanks North Star Borough.
