This is an After the Fact permit request that was originally distributed for Public Notice June 20, 2013.  The project site is located within Section 21, T. 4 N., R. 2 W., Copper River Meridian; USGS Quad Map Gulkana  A-4; Latitude 62.1075° N., Longitude 145.5961° W.; Ables Subdivision, Block 2 & 3, Lot 2, 3, & 4; mile post 184.9 Glenn Highway; in Glennallen, Alaska.
