The City of Kake, Post Office Box 500, Kake, Alaska 907-785-3804, purposes to upgrade and maintain access to the existing seaplane float while providing wave protection for the seaplane float and public safety. Work being proposed includes improvements to the Kake City Dock in Keku Straight in Kake, Alaska to maintain access to the existing seaplane float while providing wave protection for the seaplane float. The existing City Dock will be demolished and replaced with a reconfigured, upgraded facility. The project site is located within Section 34, T. 56 S., R. 72 E., Copper River Meridian; Latitude 56.9725º N., Longitude 133.9456º W.; from the Kake Airport head northwest on Airport Road towards Keku Road, turn right onto Keku Road and continue on Spike Road, in Kake, Alaska.
