Steve Pemble, with L&M Equipment , Incorporated 907-246-6106, states that the project purpose is to expand the existing storage lot’s capacity to accommodate an additional four or five vessels. Work being proposed includes discharge of 5,000 cubic yards of gravel into 0.74-acres of a man-made pond.  Gravel would be brought in from an existing material source.  The pond would be drained and then filled with gravel and graded to match the adjacent surface elevation of the existing storage facility.  All work would be performed in accordance with the enclosed plan (sheets 1-2), dated March 6, 2019.
