Dan Himebauch with Northside Investments stated purpose is to modify existing permit special conditions to allow for the removal of vegetation within the existing conservation area, (Tract A and Tract B) in order to deter the homeless from using the vegetated portion of the property. The proposed modification would require changes to Special Conditions 10, 11, and 12 of the original permit dated August 29, 2008, which were subsequently modified on February 22, 2013. The project site is located within the Northside Business Park Development located within Section 2, T. 1 S., R. 1 W., Fairbanks Meridian; USGS Quad Map Fairbanks D-2; Latitude 64.861º N., Longitude 147.684º W.; Bentley Trust North Subdivision, Lots 1-45, in Fairbanks, Alaska.
