Work being proposed includes the discharge of 102,640 cubic yards of fill into 8.9 acres of palustrine scrub-shrub wetlands. All work would be performed in accordance with the enclosed plan (sheet 1 dated March 21, 2013; sheets 2-3 dated May 21, 2013). The project site is located within Section 17, T. 31 N., R. 81 W., Seward Meridian; USGS Quad Map D-6; Latitude 62.7761º N., Longitude 164.5156º W.; north of the City Dock and across from Emmonak Road, City of Emmonak, Alaska.
