Work being proposed is the permanent discharge of clean gravel fill into 27.60 acres of wetlands to construct a runway, taxiway, apron, segmented circle, airport access road, AWOS pad, ditches, and supplemental wind cone. Temporary discharge of clean gravel fill into 4.05 acres of wetlands to construct a temporary haul road between the material site “Hill 377” and the proposed project site. Construction and rehabilitation of the material site “Hill 377” in 58.04 acres of wetlands. All work would be performed in accordance with the enclosed project plans (sheets 1-5), dated November 2019. The project site is located within Section 1-3, 10-12, 35, T. 8, 9 N., R. 86, 87 W., Umiat Meridian; Latitude 60.8104º N., Longitude 164.4994º W.; in Mertarvik, Nelson Island, Alaska.
