Due to comments we received, Oil Search (Alaska), LLC has made the following revisions to their proposed project which would increase the impacts to wetlands and waters of the United States, as shown in the attached figures: 1)The proposed seawater treatment plant (STP) facility and associated sheet pile enclosure would be moved 50 feet northeast, increasing the fill footprint by 0.76 acres in Simpson Lagoon, from 6.07 acres to 6.83 acres. 2)The proposed STP outfall would be moved from the northwest corner of the STP barge to the southeast corner, and the length of the outfall would be extended by 350 feet. 3) The proposed screeding area in Simpson Lagoon would be increased 0.8 acres, from 7.56 acres to 8.30 acres. 4)The proposed STP pipeline would be lengthened by 1.9 miles, from 16.5 miles to 18.4 miles, requiring 230 additional vertical support members.
