Ms. Sheila Pontier, sheilapontier@live.com 907-232-2880, states the purpose is to build a single-family home and access driveway to the home pad in a private parcel. Work is planned for completion by fall of 2022. To fill 0.80-acre of palustrine scrub-shrub wetlands with approximately 6,300 cubic yards of clean gravel material to construct a single-family home building pad and an access driveway. All work would be performed in accordance with the enclosed plan (sheets 1-3), dated August 17, 2021. The project site is located within Section 17, T. 17 N., R. 3 W., Seward Meridian; USGS Quad Map Anchorage C-8; Latitude 61.564736º N., Longitude -149.846244º W.; 15133 W Lakes Blvd.; Wasilla, Alaska  99657; Parcel ID 17N03W17A012; from Parks Highway, take Big Lake Road 3.3 miles; take a right onto South Beaver Lake Road 0.9 miles; turn left onto West Lakes Blvd. and drive 0.8-mile; site in o right side of the road; in Wasilla, Alaska.
