Mr. Gerard Farkas, 4817 Wesleyan Drive, Anchorage, Alaska 99508, states the purpose is to provide access to private property through public easements. Discharge up to 4,300 cubic yards (CY) of pit run gravel fill material into 1 acre of wetlands in order to construct a 2,758-foot long by 23-foot wide (toe-to-toe) road. The road would travel through both wetlands and uplands. Of the road’s total length, 1,896 feet would be within wetlands. All work would be performed in accordance with the enclosed plan (sheets 1-4), dated December 10, 2021. The project site is located at Latitude 61.5384º N., Longitude 149.9644º W.; off Hour Road, in Big Lake, Alaska.
