The project would place 15,635 cubic yards of tailings and 500 cubic yards of 2-inch minus aggregate into 4 acres PSS4/1B wetlands to construct 1,000 linear feet of access roads and one turnaround with associated drainage features in for Phase I residential development. All work would be performed in accordance with the enclosed plan (sheets 1–6), dated March 08, 2022.
