The jurisdictional work that the applicant proposes to perform is work below Mean High Water (MHW) and to redistribute approximately 177,600 cubic yards of sand and gravel in 109.72 acres of tidal waters in order to extract fill material. The project site is located within Section 3, T. 16 N., R. 18 W., Kateel River Meridian; Latitude 66.8123° N, Longitude 162.5543° W; near Kotzebue, Alaska.
