Kirsten Hoppe, Hilcorp Alaska LLC, stated the purpose of this notice is to advise the public that the following request associated with the CCP Flare Pipe Fill Project has been submitted for a Department of the Army (DA) permit under the provisions of Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, as amended. PROPOSED WORK Hilcorp Alaska is proposing to discharge about 33,000 cubic yards of clean gravel fill into 3.1 acres of wetlands within the gas flare pit under the termination of the flare pipelines at the Central Compressor Pad (CCP) in the Prudhoe Bay Unit. All work would be performed during late winter ending by May 2026, and in accordance with the enclosed plan (sheets 1-3), dated November 2025.
