David Chaput's stated purpose is to expand the existing pad to accommodate storage of equipment and material utilization and staging for construction activities in support of the Prudhoe Bay industry. PROPOSED WORK: Northern Construction & Maintenance proposes to place 150,000 cubic yards of gravel from a local pit into 15.76 acres of jurisdictional wetlands for the expansion of an existing equipment storage pad. All work would be performed in accordance with the enclosed plan (sheets 1-3), dated January 1, 2014.
