Mr. George Woodbury's stated purpose is to construct a private residence. Mr. George Woodbury requests authorization to discharge 920-cubic yards of shot rock below the High Tide Line of Zimovia Strait to construct a private residence. The project would result in the placement of fill into 0.06-acre (80-foot by 30-foot) of waters of the United States. All work would be performed in accordance with the enclosed plan (sheets 1-3), dated 10/30/2014.
