ConocoPhillips Alaska Inc.,'s stated purpose is to expand the Drill Site 3O (DS-3O) to accommodate continued development of the Greater Kuparuk Area Oil Field, including support wells and infrastructure. Prosposed Work: Expand the DS-3O gravel pad approximately 1.75 acres by placing 16,842 cubic yards of gravel fill in wetlands. All work would be performed in accordance with the enclosed plan (sheets 1-3), dated 02/12/15. The project site is located within Section 22, T. 13 N., R. 9 E., Umiat Meridian; USGS Quad Map Beechey Point B-5; Latitude 70.4713º N., Longitude 149.7960º W.; approximately 33 miles east of Nuiqsut.
