***EMERGENCY PUBLIC NOTICE***To protect critical oil and gas infrastructure put at risk from river flooding. British Petroleum proposed work includes, but is not limited to, breaching roads to redirect flood waters, placing culverts, lifting the existing road structure, constructing berms, and gravel extraction. The work was initiated the evening of 21 May 2015 and will be completed over the next two months as needed to stabilize infrastructure. Timing of completion may vary depending on when flood waters recede back into river banks.
