Silverado Land, LLC's stated purpose is to construct a clean fill gravel pad to provide adequate space for an equipment and materials storage yard and for construction of an office/warehouse to support the Weidner properties construction and maintenance activities occurring throughout the Anchorage Bowl. Silverado Land, LLC proposes to construct an equipment and materials storage facility consisting of a 120-foot by 80-foot warehouse building with accessory office space and gravel storage yard on Tract 2A of the Silverado Subdivision. The applicant would place 6,667 cubic yards of clean fill into 1.25 acres of wetlands and waters of the U.S. All work would be performed in accordance with the enclosed plan (sheets 1-6), dated May 22, 2015.
