North Slope Borough's stated purpose is to construct a new hanger at the North Slope Borough Search and Rescue Facility to accommodate the new helicopter purchased to assist with search and rescue missions. Place 19,500 cubic yards of clean, gravel fill in 2 .2 acres of wetlands to construct a gravel pad 368.3 feet long and varying in width from 240.5 feet to 302.0 feet.
