Greenstreet Investments, LLC's stated purpose is to construct a commercial/retail development on the two lots, which are located in a prime retail location based on the existing surrounding development. Excavate 71,000 cubic yards of silty loam soils eight (8) feet below ground, then backfill with 71,000 cubic yards of clean gravel into 5.45 acres of wetlands on two lots in order to construct a retail development consisting of two buildings, parking areas, and a septic system. On top of the backfilled area, and existing adjacent uplands up to 88,000 CY of clean gravel fill would be placed to raise the ground level to approximately one (1) foot below the adjacent highway. Excavated material would be removed offsite and disposed of in uplands at a gravel pit owned by the applicant approximately 0.25-mile west from the proposed project site.
