RIBITS
RIBITS allows users to access information on the types and numbers of mitigation and conservation bank and in-lieu fee program sites, associated documents, mitigation credit availability, service areas, as well information on national and local policies and procedures that affect mitigation and conservation bank and in-lieu fee program development and operation.

2018 Mitigation Thought Process
The Department of the Army, Corps of Engineers (Corps) Regulatory Program is responsible for identifying the requirement for compensatory mitigation on a case by case basis during permit review. The Corps implementing regulations and subsequent guidance to the field up to and including the 2008 Mitigation Rule require flexibility in determining requirements for compensatory mitigation.
