PROPOSED WORK: This proposal seeks to bring into compliance an active gravel material source that has been utilized since 1985. The mechanized land clearing previously occurred within approximately 17.5 acres of Palustrine wetlands and a new proposal would involve the mechanized land clearing of an additional 1.3 acres of wetlands for a total impact to 18.8 acres of wetlands to continue developing a material gravel source in the St. Mary's area.
