Ryan Tollefsen stated the purpose is to construct a personal use dock.
The project site is located within Section 19, T. 17 N., R. 3 W., Seward Meridian, Latitude 61.5437º N., Longitude 149.8939º W.; 3893 South Crozier Lane, Big Lake, Alaska.
The applicant proposes to construct a T-shaped dock consisting of an 8 foot by 8 foot connecting ramp, an 8 foot by 34 foot walkway, and a 16 foot by 32 foot main dock. The structure would extend 58 feet from shore, have a footprint of 848 square feet, and be supported by twelve 4-inch steel piles. All work would be performed in accordance with the enclosed plan, 7 sheets, dated March 2018.
